Omg the Boneless Chicken Breasts - With 2 Sides exrta juicy the corn was nice and seaosn and the rice was so fluffy and that Chocolate Cake was so good and yummy 10/10

The 1/4 Fire Grilled Chicken - With Rice and Beans and 1 Additional Side (Caesar salad was fresh) but the chicken breast was so tiny and wing hardly had any meat on it bc it was over cooked and dry. The Salsa wasn't even fresh! The only thing good was the salad, Fried YucaSweet Plantains and bread. The Cilantro sauce wasn't closed properly and spilled all over the place. Seems like you definitely don't get what you pay for. How disappointing.

Churrasco Steak - With Rice and Beans needs to be advertised as kids size food. Also Black beans came all watered, there were barely couple of beans on it.

Food not fresh. Chicken was so hard from being under a heat lamp that skin was like leather. Steak was not so bad but I was not fresh made. did not received the Chimichurri sauce they said it comes with it. (I received 2 cilantro sauces ordered)
Paid extra por avocado and receive a very small half, like the size of a lemon, and on top was not eatable, because it was hard and full of some kind of strings, so it went to the garbage. Rice and fried bananas were ok, and the beans and pork meat I did not tried.
I was going to give 3 stars, however, the extra one is for the Doordash Dasher, for is good work.

This review is for an order I placed on Thursday, 05/14/25.
First of all, I got the wrong desert. I had ordered the Cuatro Leches, but instead got a Caramel Flan. The Flan was not bad, but it was not what I ordered. Secondly, no Cilantro sauce was included with my order. Usually, when I order Cheesy Yuca Bites, I get a couple of Cilantro sauces for dipping. Thirdly, the Cilantro Guacamole Tropichop had absolutely no Cilantro sauce. I was able to eat the Tropichop anyway, and it wasn't bad. But the Cilantro sauce would have made it so much better! This was not an awful meal, but it was quite disappointing! Get my order right next time, Pollo Tropical!
