First Classic Chicken Sandwich Dinner was fine but the second one was very stringy, the meat was hard to pull off and was very dry and flaky, overall fine

This was a bad experience, the delivery man left my food and soda on the steps when I requested to drop it off on my front door, then the 4 pc Chicken meal was over cooked like charred and dry inside and the entire meal was not hot. I hope I don't have that same or worst experience again.
