Chicken in the sandwhiches are always a bit of a hit or miss in terms of quality, sometimes it may be overcooked, making it rubbery or stringy in texture. Also, expect a lot of grease.

The coleslaw tasted like it had been out at room temperature for a while. Popeye's coleslaw is a favorite of mine, so lightly spoiled slaw is no bueno. The chicken wings were also small in size. Popeye's should sell by weight, so the customer gets a full portion each time. Just saying.

I ordered the garlic parmesan and they were ok but the lemon pepper were great! I also got them but one get one free and the chicken was way over cooked!!!

Popeyes chicken sent me literally one teaspoon of mashed potatoes that didnt even nearly fill the container up.. I open it and thought it was a joke . the chicken strips were hard and dried out I was so upset.. Im tired of spending my money and the employees dont care about the food that they send u .. They figure its door dash and the customer wont know until they rec it and it will be to late smh.. This is ridiculous and needs to stop.. I spent 15 dollars on garbage cold food

I ordered the bogo deal on the spicy chicken sandwiches and only received one. I also ordered two large fries and they were both stale. I liked the one sandwich we received and I'll try the air fryer for the fries.
