The customer service was outstanding. They called to tell about a substitution and allowed me to pick the item. When the food arrived my order was accurate and hot. My 2Pc Signature Chicken Combo was steaming and paired well with the Mardi mustard. The sweet tea was soo sweet. 5 stars

Unfortunately the 3 piece chicken was not fresh, the coleslaw and mashed potatoes were edible not not as good as usual. Ordered an extra Biscuits but did not receive it. The boneless chicken New! 6 Classic Boneless Wings was also not fresh and they were basically small chicken nuggets. Quite disappointing tbh

I spent $28 on this meal where only a couple of tenders were even edible. Most were deep fried chicken jerky and the edible ones tasted like they have been sitting for hours. $28 wasted.
