8Pc Signature Chicken was delicious, Biscuits were still warm, Homestyle Mac & Cheese was really good. Lost 1 star because didn't receive the Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie, but received 2 Cinnamon Apple Pies.

I ordered 3Pc Handcrafted Tenders Combo , Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy and a side of red beans and rice. chicken Tenders were undercooked, and nowhere on their ingredients does it say that the Cajun Gravy and red beans have pork in them. they should definitely list it for those who don't consume pork! I found pork in both.

I got chicken tenders and 3 out of 5 were so disgustingly tough (bad texture) that I threw them away. I have never had chicken with that texture before where I couldn't bite into it. almost like biting into a rubber tire. very disappointed.

Did not receive an item I ordered and another item received was incorrect. The food was good, just wish restaurants in banks crossing would get better about this. We don't order too often but when we do there always seems to be something wrong or missing.
