The food is always fresh but Popeyes needs to do a better job securing the food. I think they should use the paper bags and staple it. The bag is always delivered open. That makes me reluctant to eat it.

The biscuits were dry and hard.
I ordered 6 biscuits but only got 3. The chicken nuggets could have been cooked longer to be crispy . The fries were not cooked long enough. The Mac Cheese kept me from giving less than two stars. It was good.

I ordered three chicken sandwiches and a Family Feast but they were out of sandwiches meant to feed 3 people and offered only 2 pieces of chicken to replace. Then sent old greasy chicken that was dry and old fries.

It taste like orange chicken with the twist of Popeye original chicken and hint of spice. It's okay nothing to write home about.

Food arrived room temp, not fresh & side sauces were missing. This is my 3rd time eating at this particular Popeyes & honestly may be the last. Fried wing were place over the sauce had to shake and coat them fully myself.
