2Pc Signature Chicken Combo was fresh and hot upon arrival. Ordered a Lemonade which was refreshing. Ordered Unsweetened Iced Tea and it was replaced with Sweet Tea. Nobody informed me or got approval for this change.

Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy were lumpy. Didn't seem fresh. Red Beans & Rice came in child size container. Very disappointing. Biscuits were fresh, tender and still warm.

The wings were just ok. The signature spicy wings looked great and were crunchy. The wing itself was good but the signature sauce actually had a sweet taste that was very off putting. Definitely wouldn't order again. The garlic parm wings . Didn't look great and the texture wasn't great but the sauce was ok.

The wings were pretty sad looking, and there was only a drizzle of the sauce on them. There was more sauce on the bottom of the box, but at that point I'd just prefer a side of sauce rather than scraping the box with my wings. They tasted fine with the sauce, but nothing amazing. They didnt give me any of the blackened ranch I selected either. The Biscuit was good.

Not sure if this was an off day, but nothing was seasoned and there was so much grease at the bottom of the chicken tenders. Never received the fries. The mashed potatoes were bland. It was a bad experience.
