Everything about our order was delicious! We had chicken tenders, Cajun creamed potatoes with gravy and Cole slaw! We will definitely order from Popeyes again!

Chicken was fine, biscuits were salty, red beans & rice weren't as good as I remember, mashed potatoes- nobody orders the mashed potatoes because they taste good (they don't)- its the gravy...and we didn't get any. Big fat $35 womp womp.

Instead of clear communication about items being out of stock or subsitutions, I received my order with no fries but instead mashed potatoes and rice. My Strawberry Biscuit was dry, cold with no icing drizzle over the top which is not at all as advertised. Not to mention my drink came without a straw, or a seal to protect from tampering like most restaurants provide. Very inconsiderate when your paying extra for a delivery fee on top of the tip to dashers.

I had ordered because I’m from out of state and was craving chicken but didn’t want to get it from a place I hadn’t tried yet so I didn’t waste my money. Unfortunately I definitely felt as though my time was wasted here. Does delivery food just get bad service because the customer isn’t there to review and comment in person? Any way I ordered half and half and didn’t get that, the meat actually tasted fine but it just wasn’t completely what I ordered. My chicken sandwich came smooshed, I know I can just roll my eyes at that, fries bag was half filled so another eye roll, charged me for a side of sweet and spicy sauce and didn’t receive it so I’m just unsatisfied over all.

I was very disappointed. The butterfly shrimp were so small. I would classify them just a little bigger than popcorn shrimp.
Very disappointing... In addition, I did not receive the apple pies. They were not delivered with my order!
