Second time eating from this place and still haven't been disappointed. The wings are crispy and flavorful, the biscuit was delicious, and the cheesecake was cold. Beautiful!

The chicken sandwich was gloppy and tasteless, the coleslaw ditto, and the pie limp not crisp. All in all a complete disappointment. Too damn bad, they used to serve quality.

Didn't get the sauce I paid for, got unsweet tea instead of sweet, chicken fry was unseasoned and dry like sawdust, fries were soggy and uncooked. I get this is fast food, but jeez I paid $20 for this. 3Pc Signature Chicken Combo

Chicken was extremely dry. Almost no sauce on the Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, 12 Mix & Match Wings were in bag sideways. Gave me blackened ranch instead of buttermilk. And only one Biscuits, when I ordered two. Disappointed with the entire meal.

Bone-in chicken was fatty and under cooked. I was only given 1 flat and it was the only one I ate. The boneless were okay, some were like a big chicken tender though.
