• DoorDash orderThe chocolate cake shake is actually pretty big you really don't need a large. It was good and you can taste the cake. Even a small Cheese Fries is big but my fries were soggy not really crunchy like other restaurants. And my Cheeseburger was good too. A little soggy and sloppy but yummy!

• DoorDash orderThe bread was at least a day old. Super hard, almost inedible. And they cut a small piece. It wasn't the Portillos standard size. The Chopped Salad was okay. It didn't taste as fresh as it normally does. Disappointed today.

• DoorDash orderMy Onion Rings and my French Fries were not filled to the size I ordered and the Onio Rings were mostly way overcooked and not even edible. I've mentioned the half filled side orders issue before, the store needs to fix it. If I order a large don't send me a half filled order fill it like a large should be filled.
