• DoorDash orderTheMac & Cheese was overcooked, mushy, and inedible. I had to discard it! The Broccoli Cheddar "soup" had a decent taste but had a thick consistency that I had to dilute with chicken broth. The Potbelly Whole Pickle came semi-presliced and was mushy on one side. The only good thing about this order was the Chicken Pot Pie Soup. Definitely would not return.

• DoorDash orderMy sandwich showed up cold, didnt have all the right meats, and way absolutely covered in mayonnaise to the point of not edible. I stopped going to Potbelly years ago for these issues and they clearly still remain.
