My pretzels were undercooked to the point of looking and tasting like straight up dough, and they didn't include a dipping sauce I paid for. I wasn't exactly expecting Pretzelmakers's quality to suddenly start blowing my mind, but this was ridiculous.

Box of Bites is usually pretty good, a lot of them this time looked like they had been ripped up, they were very hard (even after reheating), no butter or salt. rest of the box was good.
