Amazing customer service! Wanted to express my gratitude for the manager for going above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my meal. After an issue with online ordering, the manager took immediate action to ensure that the meal was replaced and did so, without hesitation! man, I've ordered the flank steak sandwich like 4 or 5 days in a row. today I tried the Cubano. it wasn't toasted at all. the bread was actually cold. it's still a pretty good sandwich, but it isn't a cubano.
