Missing the bottled water in the order, and no way to talk to a Doordash customer service to either get one more delivery or to refund. The soup is toooo salty, making it worse without water.

The food here is fantastic—reliable, delicious, and with incredibly authentic noodles and a wide variety of other authentic dishes. We love it every time we order! However, the DoorDash experience can be tricky due to the location in the mall. Delivery drivers seem to struggle with parking, and on a busy Friday night, my order arrived about an hour late and unfortunately cold. The food is worth it, but the delivery logistics could use some improvement.

My Dry Mix Rice Noodle 干捞米粉 did have any meat in it. And it was super bland.
