Couldn't wait to get home and eat. I ordered fish combo with Mac n cheese and yams.Fish is amazing fried just right. The Mac reminds me of my grandmas and yams on point.
My girlfriend go the fried chicken. With same sides. Overall we will definitely spend our money here again. You can tell this food was made with love.

OMG!!!
It has a long time since I have tasted food that has reminded me of home. Let's start with the Fried Chicken Wings Tossed in sauce.
1. Bourbon chicken sauce is sweet but not too sweet. The sauce is perfection.
2. The mac and cheese was good but just a pinch dry. I definitely recommend getting it though because it's still taste so good.
3. Collard Greens Beyond beyond delicious. On my second bite my mind went back home beautiful. People need to try the caller greens that is number one.
4. Corn Bread 🍞 Yes, and yes, just get it. Say less (period)
5. Canned Yams 🍠 Off the charts so good. Just a right amount of sugar and cinnamon and sauce.
My overall review is that this place serves greet home cook soul food. If you are homesick and you wanna be reminded of home go here definitely recommend.

OMG! If you like South cooking, then run to this place!!! This place is the real deal...LOVE IT! My peronal fave is the Fried Pork Chop or Smothered (please note fried or smothered).....absolutely DELISH!!!! Oh, and you cannot beat the prices...

Words can't describe how amazing each plate of food was omg! From the fresh taste of the candied yams, to the cheesy baked mac & cheese and the crispy tossed wings that were cooked to perfection! Each side was hot, fresh & extremely flavorful. Definitely will be placing more orders in the future!
