Consistent good quality with a lot of flavor options and customizations. So far my orders have all been correct. It is towards the mid high end of the price scale but in the end is worth it for the quality you get.

Brown sugar boba milk is out of this world! But Ive been a customer since they've opened and have never gotten anything bad here! All their teas and coffees are so flavorful! They even have a Puffle Waffle where you dip it in with cream cheese (which is salty and sweet) and WOW it's chef's kiss!
