Delicious ramen and packaged to go very well. Warmed up the broth for one minute in the microwave. Spicy Tuna Sushi Bites was not good unfortunately. No tuna taste, heavy on the rice wine vinegar. We'll be back for the ramen and the buns!

The broth did not live up to the expectation. Was not spicy enough and had mediocre flavor. Noodles seemed hand made and were good! Broth, not so much.

This was my first time having ramen and they did NOT disappoint! Very filling portions and tasty broth. The spicy paste wasnt very spicy but that's probably because there was so much food! I will be ordering again soon :)

This place is unreal! Only Ramen Ive had in Chicago that is in the same ballpark as Strings. Love love love this place
