Incredible quality ramen, they bring the egg to the perfect soft boil and it's well seasoned. Generous amounts of pork belly although not entirely prepared traditionally. They don't cheap out on the toppings, overall it's incredible value and great consistency.

Literally half portions for overpriced soup. Keep in mind that every topping is extra. Food arrived cold, and the pork was like eating beef jerky. Also, noodles were so stiff and stuck together.

Sushi was surprisingly great, fresh, high quality ingredients, Great rice execution. We've been looking for a jinya alternative after one to many inconsistent quality issues. Creamy vegan ramen from Ramen Melrose was excellent. Good riddance jinya, and hello Ramen Melrose!

My second time here and my number one ramen place in LA! I can not explain how amazing the noodles are from the flavor, to texture and the freshness. Broth is absolutely savory as well. Can't go wrong with the Old Fashioned Pork Ramen* , make sure you get the Extra Thick Noodles! Sushi is also very fresh and tasty as well. A hidden jem on the outskirts of Hollywood.
