Food is always hot and delicious. I appreciate that theres never missing items in orders. #4 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu) and #3 MI-SO-NOT (Tonkotsu) are our favorites and definitely recommend. First time ordering #6 OL’ SKOOL (Assari) but it looks good and was modified. White rice is always a tasty option if you don't want noodles.

Uchiha used to be the only Asian restaurant that I'd leave, and not feel full. Idk what happened to the portions but the bowls used to be full of noodles and broth, and I'd leave full. It's been like that the last two times I've had their ramen, once dining in and once through DoorDash. I know it's labor intensive but give the people what they want
