This is by far the best burger I've ever had although I wish they would open up the special request option I hate pickles and onions so I had to pick them off but everything was above and beyond

Worst potato salad in th South abs disgusting. No flavor, lacks seasoning. Like nursing home food.
Burgers are good, plain unseasoned onion rings. Flat floppy undercooked fries. Very disappointing and wasted money. Sad . It was very good in th beginning.

kinda skimpy on the Side of Fries and the Side of Onion Rings ... burger was amazing though. soda packed full of ice....I won't door dash again for this site... instead I prolly will visit in person

I live 3 mins away and my fries were so cold and soggy, the burgers were supposed to be medium but they were VERY well done. One burger was supposed to have 2 patties but both patties were so small it barely looked like one and worst of all this is ruby Tuesdays!

The burger patty was a medium thick, preformed patty that was ordered to be well done, but arrived medium well at best. The shredded iceberg lettuce was completely wilted and had to be scraped off. The fries were pale, soggy & not very flavorful or seasoned. The drink that was part of the combo did come. Which looking at other reviews seems to happen frequently. Of the 2 chocolate chip cookies ordered, only 1 came and it would have been better if it had been forgotten too. It was hard as a rock & borderline burned. All in all this order & restaurant were underwhelming in the extreme.
