I've ordered several times and the flavors don't disappoint. But today my Breakfast Sandwich was not even wrapped all the way. Then I picked it up and the unwrapped part was just faced down on the cup holder. This isn't sanitary. I don't think I'll order again.

Iced black sugar latte was good but breakfast sandwich was not good at all. Also I thought I was ordering from the Richmond location and that the delivery would come from there because thats where I love and thats where the pickup location is but the delivery came from the mission location which I thought was weird.
