A great place to have breakfast, lunch, and brunch in Huntersville / Lake Norman!
If I could give 10 stars I would. Not only was my Cinnamon Roll Waffle, 2 Eggs With 1 Side (I got scrambled, sourdough toast, and home fries) DELICIOUS but they added a little extra cinnamony waffley. 🫶🏼 Sweetest people EVER.
That made my day!
I also want to thank them for the KiwiGuava celesius sub- They ended up being out of the tropical but it was delicious and I highly preferred your selection instead!

They got EVERYTHING right! What I ordered was simple, but sometimes simple is easy to mess up.
The 2+2+2 Pancakes was just right for this road-weary traveler!
Two eggs, over medium were in fact, over medium.
Two bacon strips - not too soggy, not overly crisp.
Two blueberry pancakes - fluffy with substance without being dense.
And the Iced Coffee was great, too.
Besides the food being good, they packed it really well. Sometimes restaurants don't think about how the food will show up or be eaten, especially by travellers at hotels. This was perfectly packed for eating at my hotel desk; they provided plastic utensils and enough napkins, too!

Pretty disappointed. I ordered a Ham & CHZ Omelette which is supposed to come with a side and toast. I also ordered an additional side of home fries. So I guess they assumed that was my side, therefore they charged me $14.50 for a small omelette and one piece of white toast. Iced tea also arrived with a hole in the bottom of the cup, so it was almost empty.

I'm at a hotel and they included certain extras that show great thought and care. Truly, the food could have been sub-par and the extra care would have put them over the top.
"...an extra set of utensils in case someone else forgets."
"Here are a few macarons."
Heavy duty napkins instead of the cheap ones usually thrown into a bag make a big difference too.
I had a delightful spinach omelette. The spinach was wilted correctly, not to the point of limp/soggy, but just right!
I swapped out the bread option for a pancake. It was good, too.
There are two suggestions I have for the Rise Cafe team:
1) Whenever potatoes are served (whether french fries or, in my case, hash browns), please include one ketchup pack and a packet of salt and pepper.
2) There is no second suggestion. Keep doing what you're doing Rise Cafe team! You made me a believer from the moment I opened my breakfast bag. :-)

Ordered the $14 cinnamon raisin French toast which i have gotten in the store before....this time all i got for $14 was ONE slice of toasted cinnamon swirl bread
