I love Rita's but I'm really disappointed with whoever made this. I ordered a large and you can see gaps missing in the container. they use the same container for a large and small and they always look the same. they go by weight I was told, but they add so many sprinkles and not enough custard and especially today. I am spending a good amount for it to be door dashed I feel like they should be on top of their game even more.

I ordered the Create Your Own Concrete via DoorDash tonight and I asked for their peanut butter sauce with Reese’s peanut butter cups and they just threw a HUGE glob of peanut butter in it. I would’ve taken a picture of it but I was so mad I just threw it away. What a waste of $25 for a measley ive cream that I could’ve made better myself. It’s a peanut butter SAUCE, not a GLOB of peanut butter.
The Reese’s cups must’ve been melted together because there was a big glob of those to. They didn’t even bother to make my ice cream right. I’ll never order or visit this establishment again. It’s a waste of a business if you want to call it that
