Picked up a Spicy Miso and Tonkotsu for take out. They were packed very well with the noodles and toppings separate above the soup. Taste was great for both. Soft-boiled eggs were perfect.

Tantanmen was very good! But the Spicy Tonkotsuwas meh and NOT Spicy.
I liked the packaging for the ramen and broth but broth in the lower container was less than what I have seen with other Ramen spots.
Perhaps, it's a different experience in the store but Milwaukee ave has great Ramen options so Rudy needs to fix these glitches.

this was the best takeout ramen! got the Spicy Miso ramen. the packaging was great since the noodles and toppings come on a separate tray so they don't get soggy. the noodles were perfectly al dente and everything was delicious!
