Sad that my daughter did not receive the Debi Lilly Mother's Joyful Heart arrangement that I ordered. The substitution was a much less attractive store arrangement and even though I specified that it was a gift, it was delivered with the price tag on it... VERY TACKY!

This small arrangement was suppose for be oh so cute, when delivered to my 13 year old daught at her school, of coarse she loved it, but when I saw that the vase had no ribbon like pictured and all the flowers in the vase had petals that were dying i was upset. Im Super sad the flower quality was not what it usually is. Overall if it was possible id return them for a refund.
