I've been ordering from here probably 20+ years. Saray's is an institution in Newtown, for good reason. Delicious food, always has been! its survived the pandemic, and all sorts of ups and downs in the community. I would say, without doubt, hands down the best hummus in all of Sydney. Chicken Shish Plate is to die for, can't go past the Garlic Pide either. Give it a try, you won't regret it. 😋 Thanks for the delightful food all these years team. It's good to see some of the faves still going stronger than ever 🙏👑

Wasn't happy with the packaging of the Shepherd Salad I ordered two and all the juices ran out of them throughout the entire bag, over all of my items. Please package these up better or in some tighter plastic around the container / in their own separate bag, because the salad itself is very tasty. The Falafel was sooooo gross and dry though it literally made me choke and cough, I had to throw all 4 of them straight in the bin, that was rough. Garlic Pide were stone cold, both of them. Chicken Shish Plate both were OK, nothing special. Overall was a pretty rubbish meal this time around for the significant money spent on it.

the vegetarian roll was a joke. Item was not edible. the oil from the eggplant soaked through the bread and the paper and ran down my arm. how hard is it to put some effort and care into what you do. The kebab was really stingy with filling.

By comparing the price, there are a lot of rice salad and hummus but chicken shish is too less. That’s not fair.
