I have ordered Chicken Teriyaki for years and it is always pretty good. My one complaint is they have definitely scaled back on the amount of vegetables and I either missed out on getting a single mushroom or they don't include them anymore. I used to ask for extra vegetables and a lot of extra mushrooms. This location, at the Trumbull mall doesn't allow any additions or substitutions so I wasn't able to make any changes.
Aside from these issues, my food was hot and good.
There is comfort in consistency.

I've ordered from here several times, always delicious! The chicken and shrimp teriyaki is my go to. I eat a lot and don't get full easily, this always manages to fill me everytime.

Terrible service. They don't pick up their phone. They never add sauce to their food. The food was dry and flavorless. They didn't include any duck sauce for my spring roll. Terrible service and food.

I mean I paid for extra chicken and stuff but I didn't really get alot. I did get alot of rice. I did still enjoy it but if it was gonna be like that then I would have just asked for it to be added on. My second order for my brother was filled to the brim so all's good

Ordered beef teriyaki with whit rice, no veggies. Lots of white rice but, very little beef teriyaki. Also ordered beef and shrimp teriyaki. Same dissappointment and overpriced. Won't be ordering from this place anytime soon.
