One of the drinks we ordered was unavailable, and instead of contacting us to substitute it, they just removed it from the order so we (2 of us) got an order with just one drink. Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich was pretty plain tasting, and both that and the Handcrafted Spinach & Cheese Pretzel tasted a bit freezer burnt. To be clear we fully expected the items to have been reheated from frozen but I think they may have been frozen for too long or something. I really want to keep supporting Canadian companies so I hope they can iron out these wrinkles. The Oatmilk Maple Flash Cold Brew was very tasty, not too sweet and the perfect amount of ice, well done here!

the sandwich I got was not the one that I ordered the drink tasted like anything but a Caramel Corretto and the lemon Loaf - Lemon was dry......thanks for the minimal effort

If the company is going to charge this much for pastries you could at least make sure they're not dry first. Wow.
