came down to Louisiana with a load to Purina and was referred by the office to Shane's for Fried Alligator , and for the price and realized I got a super small portion for 17-18 buck was a huge slap in the face but yet the Fries, Plain was packed to where the lid wouldn't close. I don't recommend this place for the slap across the face for huge price and super small portion of Fried Alligator

there was zero flavor in the red beans and rice
the texture and consistency were very nice but there was absolutely no flavor I had to add my own
