Food was fine, the employees were very rude. They didnt understand the fact that I was picking up a order. Even after I showed them my screen, they were still rude and disrespectful. They told me to just take it because it was "too much of a hassle" even though, theyre the ones causing the problem.

The donuts we received were very apparently not from today. Very dissappointed that we paid for fresh donuts and received what we did.
Our driver was great though.

I wish they had kolaches and warm items to order. We love Shipley's, it's just a pity you can't order that with your donuts.
