i love simply nova!!! this place is a neighborhood staple. the bagels & lox are always fresh and the guys that work there are always so nice.

Didnt live up to my expectations. The sandwich itself was quite small, and the bagel was hard. The flavors were overall saltier than I'm accustomed to in a Lox sandwich. I regret not simply getting a superior version from my corner bagel shop instead.

So j got the matzo ball soup and the only think that came with it were the balls and broth. In the ingredients listed on the soup are chicken, carrots, onions and celery. They are not in here at all. Would love to know how they disappeared. Also simply nova I would love a refund
