the brisket Bahn mi and vegetable Bahn Mi were great as always. The bread was soft and fresh and the meat was tender and plenty .the vegetables were fresh. The aoli they use is superb and tasty. The vegetable Bahn Mi sandwich was also just wonderful. Everything was fresh and very well prepared. Hats of and 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ stars to Signhs Restaurant.

Chick wings were really g but spicy. The site does not make clear the spice levels. Ribs were inedible, meat was so over done that they were crisp. Cucumber salad was great but a bit small for the price.

FYI this spot is price gouging when it comes to their bánh mi and most other items. Anyone who frequents Vietnamese restaurants knows these prices are ridiculous. They are taking advantage of the Texans who don't know the food as well. A banh mi sandwich should range in price from $6-8 at reputable, authentic restaurants. Also the pho is mid.

In San Antonio for vacation- and I cannot say enough of how much of enjoyed my order. The ribs were crispy and so juicy and tender on the inside. The chicken rice was beyond delicious. The veggie egg rolls were crispy delicious! Take a chance and try something new if you've never had Vietnamese cuisine- you won't regret it!
