The Blank Slate Chopped (gf) salad is one of my go-tos for lunch! It's very flavorful and I especially love the peppers for a slight kick. The dressing is tangy and the perfect accompaniment. This salad feels very healthy and good for you, but is still satisfying. A real winner!
