Never had anything bad here! The Brisket is everything you'd expect. The Smoked Turkey is excellent! I thought it would be dry but it wasn't! Just very tasty! And then there are the COLLARD GREENS!! No slimy stuff here..these are tasty and flavorful. My family loves them! Plus, Steve's thoughtfully packs to-go orders for pick ups and delivery companies. So I dont have a mess in the car.

I got the 2 Meat Plate with 2 Sides: 1/2 Chicken, Prime Brisket with 2 sides of mac and cheese and a side of Hush Pups. The brisket was good for the most part, but there was a lot of fat on it also. The 1/2 chicken was good also. The mac and cheese was ok, but the consistency between the 2 sides was a little drastic. One was very plain looking, yet was the best and the other one had what looked like bacon crumbles on it, but it overpowered the dish. The Hush Pups were very good. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Had enough leftover to save for dinner tonight.

This was hands down the best barbecue I have had in as long as I can remember. The chopped barbecue and ribs were wonderful by themselves and the addition of the delicious sauce made them even more amazing. The potato salad is outstanding. I loved the mustard and dill pickle additions. It reminds me of my mom's potato salad which I haven't had in years!

You can never go wrong at Steve's smokehouse! I always leave satisfied. The brisket is worth the up charge. The sides are amazing and flavorful. Make sure you don't skip the pickled red onions- they are a great alone or paired with your meal.
