I prefer the way Einstein Brothers does their Nova Lox Bagel. Instead of making it like a sandwich, you receive a bagel cut in half and the 2 pieces are laid flat in a box. Next comes cream cheese on each side, then capers are followed by a generous amount of Nova Lox laid over EACH half and finally topped with thinly shaved red onion. They were out of stock today. Not a great Sunday morning to order my favorite!
