Matcha Green Tea Crème Frappuccino® was too frozen, not enough milk. The Impossible™ Sandwich was too toasted. Usually I receive a better quality. I don't get what happened.

I am giving this rate because I always have good things to say but today my Chai Tea latte had too much cinnamon and was very spicy. however it was the first time, hopefully it won't happen again because I always order from them and it always comes very well.

This is my second Iced Caramel Macchiato i order through DD and it was a bit disappointing. It wasnt giving caramel realness like the one i ordered yesterday. This one tasted a bit burned and there wasnt that thick caramel at the bottom either. It was good after I added my own ghirardelli caramel syrup tho.
