Cortado was over $6 and they couldnt fill it up all the way and my Spicy Falafel Pocket looked like it it was crumbled up and thrown in the bag. Food and drink didn't meet expectations and would like to be refunded.

The milk was spoiled in my Iced Starbucks® Blonde Vanilla Latte. I could smell something funky before I took a sip but thought it was just me until I tasted it. I had 4 girls in my office sip it and all 4 said without a doubt it was spoiled and smelled awful. I wanted to reorder it as this is the only drink i order, but obviously didn't want another one sent with the same spoiled milk, so i called the location. I let them know i was planning re-ordering but wanted him to be aware the milk was spoiled. He let me know they hadnt had any complaints when using that milk that day and it had a few more days before it expired. I politely said milk can expire before the date and it 100% was and let him know others tried it. He was really nice but just couldnt understand my drink was spoiled. I asked if it could be the cold foam on top but made no sense bc he said they made that with the milk. So double whammy spoiled. He said he would look for my next re-order and make sure everything seemed good. It was already bad so i just kept saying it was the milk. I was too nervous they would use the same milk and i would waste the money so i didnt. I ordered again the next morning and it smelled and tasted yummy like it usually did, just not the day before. Giving 3 stars bc the said the milk wasnt spoiled and kept serving it.

In my ribbon Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage their was no crunch. It was good but when you order a specific drink you are to get that drink. I'm a little drunk by my lack of crunch on my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage . Thank you for not open my Cheese Danish and leaving them in the package.
