I ordered a Trenti Iced Coffee with a splash of cream and DID NOT check off that I wanted any sweetener. My coffee came and it was as white as milk and full of sugar. I am a diabetic and had to pour a $6 drink down the drain because someone could not follow directions. The sticker on my coffee says "extra cream" and does not mention sugar but even still "extra cream" is NOT what I ordered.

My Apple Crisp Oatmilk Frappuccino® Blended Beverage was not up to standards. I've had this several times and actually look forward to it but this particular time it taste burnt for lack of a better word. Also, there was no topping other than a huge amount of whip cream. I feel I was robbed.
