The sandwich was stale and brioche bun hard as a rock. I ordered a bagel toasted with butter and paid extra for cream cheese. The bagel came toasted in the bag with absolutely nothing on it. The Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino® Blended Beverage was way too strong with little pumpkin flavor in it. For the money I paid it was not worth it and the worst Starbucks order I've ever had. Do not go here!! Choose a different location.

Everything but the oatmeal was great. The oatmeal was once again drowning in the splash of cream. Oatmeal should be thick and able to be eaten with a fork or spoon, it shouldn't be soup.

Every single time I order an Iced Sugar Cookie Oat Latte I get it with cold foam and every single time they dont add it and I have to get refunded. I dont understand.
