they always do an awesome job at this location! my order is always correct, everything is always packaged securely, and they're always very fast at getting the orders finished and ready for pick up. they are great!

Matcha Latte was seemingly extra bitter ( I love matcha but that was disappointing.) there was also so much residue at the bottom of the cup the last 1/4 of the drink was undrinkable. And for how pricey starbucks is this was a let down.

They replaced my berry trio parfait with a coffee cake, otherwise the order was very timely and perfect. I'm also not upset about the coffee cake since it pairs well with the coffee! I appreciate that the item missing was replaced instead of refunded!
