2 drinks Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino® Blended Beverage and Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage were amazing but if you get any ice shaken drinks like Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso expect almost the whole cup to be ice. Even if i choose no ice it doesnt matter youre goiing to get more than half aw cup of ice. Its very disappointing

Drinks are usually good but always waaaayy too much ice. These drinks were $9 each and half the cups are ice. Even when you ask them not to do that.

Not happy that my drink was put in a bag, don't understand why this was done, causing my drink to spill in the bag, meaning I've paid full price for a drink I'm not going to get my full moneys worth for.

My Expresso Machiato had very little drink in it! It looked more like a tiny sample of Machiato insteadof a full cup of it. Which I expected a full cup! I wont be gettlng that again it was nasty any way. But the breakfast burrito was great and filling too.
