As you can see I've demolished it so far, this sandwhicwas delicious, I think it just needed a little kick of spice to offset the sweetness of the bagel, but the flavors blend so well and the hashbrowns are crispy and delicious with some Valentina so this is a winner in my book

The Viejo is amazing. It is one of the best bagels I’ve had, if you order from this place be sure to order the Viejo
