These are hands down THE BEST Korean Fried Chicken Wings I have ever had. The skin was so crispy and crunchy but not oily at all. Every inch and crevice was covered in sauce. The flavors were complex but not over powering. And the wing size wasn't disappointing like other places. If Chicken Wing dishes were sports these guys are going to the Olympics while everyone else is still stuck in little league.

Hmmm. Looks like my pork belly got replaced with tofu. Whoever ordered this vegan version is going to be surprised when they get my order. Food is still delicious even with the mistake.
