Food was EXCELLENT!!! Very pleased with quality and quantity. BUT there was no utensils included so I had to eat my poutine with my fingers. Delivery was in a hotel room. Otherwise A1+.

The entire order was poorly done! Worst experience ever with Swiss Chalet!!!!! All rice orders were not fully cook properly and the grains were all hard. All chicken orders were dry and not seasoned well, and did not taste like rotisserie. It was as though the chicken was boiled. Honestly a disappointingly, complete waste of money!

Food is amazing although I wish they would list everything that's on the menu. Their Rice is one of my favourite sides and it's not an option on here, amongst other things as well.. Kind of disappointing.
