The packaging was impressive. The crispy chicken sandwich was good. Coleslaw was good. Something was off with the fries.

This was a poor dining experience. Delivery was quick and efficient but the meal itself was pretty awful. The fries were rock hard and mostly cold as well as the roll that came with it. Thought I might lose a couple teeth biting into it. The chicken was tender but seemed to have an odd taste to it. Won't be ordering from swiss chalet again. At least the gravy masked most of the terrible taste if I was to give one compliment
