Staff is always helpful when I go in.
I live close enough that sometimes I have it delivered sometimes I go pick up.
Mistakes happen, but they always have corrected it and go above and beyond to fix it.

• DoorDash orderI got some Cheesy Double Beef Burritos and a MTN DEW® Baja Blast® . 1 star for the Baja Blast being good. Another star for my full order being there and extra sauces in the bag. The good things stop there. My Dasher got the order here pretty quickly as it's only 2 miles away, but the food was room temperature, or almost cold, so I had to heat it up in the microwave. The Cheesy Double Beef Burritos were definitely skimpy, sad looking things. I only asked that there be no fiesta strips in them, but they came with barely any meat or rice in them. Like, I had to visually confirm that it was in there because all I could taste and feel was cheese and sour cream (and for the most part, that's all that was in them). I never expect much from this Taco Bell, but they consistently find a way to disappoint a little more each time. This is a bummer because Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place, but I think I'll avoid them from now on and recommend others do the same.

• DoorDash orderToday I'm trying this location's Beefy 5-Layer Burrito , Mexican Pizza , and Baja MTN DEW® Baja Blast® . For the first time, everything tastes good and arrived warm. Still a few negatives though; they left tomatoes off the Mexican Pizza for some reason and no straw (admittedly, this could have been the Door Dash couple).
