my Meat & Potato Burrito didn't have any potatoes, it had lettuce and tomato instead. also, I got 6 pretty sad looking Mexican Donut Bites with a tiny drizzle of icing.

Your meat and potato breakfast burritos are always awesome. But the restaurant is notorious for not putting hot sauce in the bag or requesting that it be asked for at the window after they have the bag ready and cashier is taking card or cash and pushing the bag out the window. VERY distracting and forgettable at this awkward time. Is it too much to have the last line person toss in requested condiments??? Door dashers are there to pick up what was ordered. Shouldn't everything be in the bag already? Or do you expect them to ask for already ordered condiments too?

All of the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. the taco shells were not crisp they were floppy and wet. the cheese quesadillas were nothing to brag about. I don't know why everything was not good except for the potato oleo's. even though they were lukewarm we still ate them and like them.
I have to say this is not my normal experience with Taco John's. I have always liked them and when I have picked up my own food or ate there everything was hot and good with nothing to complain about.

They didn't send any hot sauce, or include the jalapeños I paid for. The burrito was good, but the ole's were extra well done.
I will try again sometime, but I'm not roughly impressed.

Usually good, they forgot sour cream cup for the Potato Olés®. It's just not the same without it. Also the chicken Fried Chicken Taco had almost no meat content and was just breading, and very cold and dried out.
