It's not authentic if it's not fresh. WEST ST. PAUL, MN FRESH, ORIGINAL MEXICAN FOOD
Taco Libre is West St. Paul, Minnesota's newest destination for authentic Mexican cuisine and the fusion of America…
I order these more often than I should! Consume is flavorful and the tacos are stuffed full! Definitely my favorite!

My flight was canceled so had to stay overnight. Had DoorDash bring me their food. Let me say, if we lived here, we would eat here A LOT. The taco was flavorful, the Mexican corn is HUGE-so good and the chips and queso 😋 Its the really good thick queso you don't find everywhere. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

Now I LOVE the birria here, but today I ordered rice and beans too. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed. They came in condiment cup size and the beans were nothing like they looked on the menu. Definitely won't order them again.

The Quesabirria (3) was too salty for my taste. Also, I wouldn't recommend the churros because for $2.50. You only get one and mine was hard as a rock.

I finished the guacamole in less than 10 chips, can you believe they charge $9 for Chips & Guacamole?! What a ripoff. The guac comes in a tiny container that you normally use to drizzle condiment sauce. The Tortas Al Gusto was nothing like shown in the photo, it was on a subway like bread, not toasted and extremely soggy, the sandwich fell apart as you picked it up. It was extremely salty. The Tres Leches Cake was basically a dry muffin, not a juicy condensed milk cake. I was really looking forward to this place, what a bummer.
