The Quesabirria (3) (GF) tacos r absolutely amazing. so so flavorful and delicious with the (mild) dipping salsa. they're so jam packed that it makes a great meal. I also got the Chips And Queso and that queso is SO rich and creamy. This meal tasted amazing and I WILL be ordering again!! ^_^ Love Taco Libre so much!

The food is delicious and the portions are huge. You definitely get your money's worth. We had to go to the restaurant because our dasher forgot our drinks. They provided great service; the restaurant is clean. We could not recommend this place enough. Sadly, this is our last day in Minnesota. We wish we had found it sooner.

Quesabirria (3) (GF) - amazing.
Mild sauce - didn't burn my face off like some mild sauces, perfect.
Chips And Queso - chips have a great amount of crunch and just the right amount of salt. Queso was thick and creamy and was a perfect addition to the Mexican Rice.

Everything is always amazing! The shrimp in the Shrimp Tacos (2) are so plump. The Quesabirria (3) (GF) is the best!
