The chicken pieces in the Chicken-Katsu Sando were dry (I added extra) but the shokupan was good and the sauce was nice and mellow. The Dashi furikake Ribbon Fries were really good, like really really good. However, I would prefer they had a portion that was half-size. $8.80 is a great price for the size but I just cannot finish what looked like two potatoes' of fries.

My favorite thing on the Taku menu, I CRAVE this sando! Delicate milk bread, perfectly breaded fish, crisp radicchio, katsu sauce and mayo marry for the most perfect (albeit a lil messy) sandwich.
